Robert Pattinson as Gotham's caped crusader

SKY continues to bring the DC Universe to Pinoy audiences with the exclusive online streaming of the global box-office hit "The Batman" now showing on HBO GO.

Now with A-list Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson taking on the titular role of Gotham's caped crusader, Warner Bros. Pictures breathes life anew to DC Comics' iconic hero, this time with grittier drama, compelling storytelling, revamped looks on beloved characters, and more action-packed sequences while staying true to the Batman legacy throughout the years.

From the direction of American filmmaker Matt Reeves, the film recounts the tragic back story of reclusive billionaire Bruce Wayne and his quest in the underground crime scene as a vigilante, seeking to end crime and corruption that have plagued Gotham City for the longest time.

He then has to face a looming threat as a sadistic culprit causes mayhem in Gotham by killing its powerful elites, drawing him nearer to his fiercest foes, including the Riddler himself (Paul Dano).

With the help of his trusted few and unlikely allies, it's up to Batman now to uncover the mystery behind the merciless killings to restore peace and order, even if he needs to resort to ruthless measures.

Also starring in the blockbuster hit are Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, Jeffrey Wright as James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Andy Serkis as Bruce's longtime butler Alfred, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.

Roam the streets of Gotham with the Dark Knight himself in the exclusive on-demand streaming of "The Batman," now on HBO GO, available via SKY subscription for as low as P99 a month.

Apart from "The Batman," Pinoy fans and audiences can catch more of the latest DC content anytime on HBO GO via SKY, including James Gunn's "The Suicide Squad" and "Peacemaker," "Zack Snyder's Justice League," "Wonder Woman 1984," among many others.
