Noel Cabangon and Moonstar88 drop collab song for every heartbreaker

The first few beats of this song give the listeners a rush of lightness and awakening. Although it talks about the effect of someone’s uncertainty in entering a relationship, the upbeat melody gives a light-hearted rendition to the message of the song.

It is also a gentle reminder for some people to make up their minds: “Sabihin mo na lang kung ayaw mo na para di na ako aasa pa, kung anu-ano pang iyong dahilan lalo lang akong nasasaktan”. Every decision we make has a corresponding effect on someone, especially those who are hoping for a chance, as this line would tell us. It might take great courage to be honest with one’s feelings, but at the same time, it would definitely save us from a whole lot of heartache.

This generation’s renowned OPM artists, Noel Cabangon and Moonstar88, teamed up for this latest hit. Moonstar88 has been known for their rock singles that never failed to rank in music hit charts in the last two decades. A seasoned, multi-awarded folk singer-songwriter, Noel Cabangon produces compositions that talk about love, hope, and faith. His timeless voice gives us warmth and soothes our pent-up emotions, while every strum on his guitar tugs at our heartstrings every single time.

Noel Cabangon is known for his evergreen single “Kanlungan”,  and his rendition of singles like “Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko”, and “Di Na Natuto”, among many others. He is not just any ordinary singer-songwriter as he actively participates in political events through his music and continues to give us timeless, socially relevant songs that encompass every man's journey in life.

Noel has also collaborated with other OPM artists such as Aikee for the song “Pag-Ibig” and Leanne & Naara for “Habangbuhay”, for which they bagged the Wish Song Collaboration of the Year award at the 6th Wish Music Awards on January 17 of this year.

This Valentine’s, Noel Cabangon and Moonstar88 welcome the month of love with their single “Paasa”, now available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, and all digital stores worldwide under Universal Records.
