“POPCINEMA,” “THE BEST TALK” GO BACK TO BACK EVERY SATURDAY

 Showbiz talk shows make a comeback on kumu streaming app


FYE channel is bringing back the showbiz talk show weekend habit as its popular celebrity news programs “PopCinema” and “The Best Talk” go back to back every Saturday night on kumu app.

 

Bianca Gonzalez and MJ Felipe will put the spotlight on former “Pinoy Big Brother: Connect” housemates Chico Alicaya, Amanda Zamora, Ralph Malibunas, and Justin Dizon in “PopCinema” on Saturday (March 27) at 7 PM.

 


Expect amusement and laughter as the hosts play games with the young celebrity guests to break the ice and get to know them better. Aside from engaging guest artists in various activities, “PopCinema” also gives a weekly rundown of trending celebrity happenings and entertainment news during its livestream.

 

Meanwhile, the King of Talk Boy Abunda is set to chat with the newest P-pop boy group BGYO in the upcoming episode of “The Best Talk” at 9 PM.  BGYO members Akira, Gelo, JL, Mikki, and Nate, will sit down in the Kumustahan with Tito Boy segment and answer questions P-pop fans have been waiting to find out about their new favorite group. 

 


“The Best Talk” brings in exciting new segments for kumunizens. Aside from Boy’s in-depth interviews with celebrity guests, the award-winning host will also chat with rising streamers who have brought fresh entertainment on kumu and will likewise deliver insightful commentaries on the most-talked about issues of the week.

Universal Pictures has just revealed the first trailer and poster of the highly anticipated action-thriller “Jason Bourne” marking the return of Matt Damon to his most iconic role.  Paul Greengrass, the director of “The Bourne Supremacy” and “The Bourne Ultimatum,” once again joins Damon for the next chapter of Universal Pictures’ Bourne franchise, which finds the CIA’s most lethal former operative drawn out of the shadows. For “Jason Bourne,” Damon is joined by Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones, while Julia Stiles reprises her role in the series. Frank Marshall again produces alongside Jeffrey Weiner for Captivate Entertainment, and Greengrass, Damon, Gregory Goodman and Ben Smith also produce. Based on characters created by Robert Ludlum, the film is written by Greengrass and Christopher Rouse. Smart assembles top gamers Alodia, Christine, Dexie, and Nix for star-studded GIGA Arena video

Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has pulled off an ambitious crossover moment as it brought together top gaming celebrities for a star-studded video for GIGA Arena, the first all-in-one esports platform for Filipino mobile gamers.   The one-minute video features Alodia Gosiengfiao, Dexie Diaz, Christine Samson and Nix Gaming, who are among the most prominent Filipino streamers today.   Alodia rose to international fame for her elaborate cosplays and streaming, and is now the co-founder of Tier One Entertainment, which aims to revolutionize the esports landscape in the country.
