Enjoy A Book Hoarding Experience at Big Bad Wolf

This shopping experience is open for 24 hours.

I thought I had enough of the book hoarding spree from National Bookstore's Binge Bazaar last week but when I found out that there's a book sale happening over the weekend, my adrenaline pumped up that I wanted to shop for more books. I'm not a voracious reader but I love being surrounded by books. Reading a book is a stress reliever from my end and it's also my sleeping pill. Hahaha

In this of age, I still find it appealing to be flipping book pages and discovering new things even if I could easily access information on my social media timelines. My library is filled with self-help books specifically on topics of leadership, business, marketing, photography, and fashion. I'm not really into novels such that if I bought books of ten, only one or two is a fictional book.

The Big Bad Wolf is the biggest book sale in the world that originated in Malaysia and will be held first time in the Philippines from the 16th to 25th of February at the World Trade Center.

It's open 24 hours (yes it is!) and I had my book shopping spree at 7am. I was fascinated with the amazing 60% - 80% discount on books I dearly love. You will not go out of the place without a book on hand.

It's also good to know that part of the proceeds from the book sale will be donated to Gawad Kalinga (GK) for the housing projects in Marawi and Bicol.

Below are some tips so that you'll have an efficient hoarding experience.

1. Bring an extra bag or a luggage may be if you plan to purchase a lot.
2. Check your library and determine the number of books that you could buy so as not to overpopulate it.
3. Food and drinks are not allowed. Eat first to keep you energized.
4. Bring in cash and cards but do not overspend. What I did was I went through again the books that I picked up and assessed if I really wanted to buy it.
5. Come in early in the morning where there are lesser crowd and a shorter line in the cashier.

Have fun and enjoy reading. Also, don't forget to share the book with others once you're done.
