ROCKSCHOOL: Helping You With Your Talents

In a world where strong core competency is your ticket for you to make it in the industry you aspire to work for, a diploma or a certification matters. An assessment of our skill sets and talent is essential for us to understand which areas we need to work on so we could advance ourselves to a better us.

My media friends had an opportunity to chat with Rockschool Ltd's Chief Executive, John Simpson and the Rockschool crew for the Philippines  at Wolf & Fox Gastropub, The Fort last February 24. He oriented us on their Graded Music Exams that measures ones musical abilities that’s tailored fit to the needs of the modern musician.

Just recently, Rockschool has introduced new books including Popular Music Theory Syllabus, 2015 Piano Syllabus, and Unplugged (acoustic guitar tracks for band and solo performances).

The Philippines Representative of Rockschool started operations in 2012 and has recognized R&B King JayR and Pop Rock artist Yeng Constantino as Honorary Diploma Recipients.

All their qualifications are made to match traditional grading standards and are accredited by Ofqual, DCELLS , CCEA and SQA.
