"Balik-Alindog" With Capsinesis

Have you seen all this "balik-alindog" resolutions from your family and friends to kick off the new year? Well, I for one has put that on my list as something to prioritize this year.

Of all the pig out parties I attended this holiday season, the one that stood out was the one organized by the owner of Capsinesis, Olai Espiritu as it introduced me to a product that will help me aid with my New Year's resolution above. It was for the announcement of the winners of the campaign "Capsinesis 30-Day Be Hot Challenge.”

Capsinesis is a weight control preparation made up mainly of Cayenne pepper that helps boost your metabolism and curtail your cravings for more food.

Pinoys from all walks of life heed to the call for a fitter and healthier body as they joined the challenge to loss weight and get shape for 30 straight days under the supervision of holistic coach and Capsinesis brand endorser, Toni Saret.  They engaged into different challenges that pushed them to live a healthy lifestyle.  The participants have also developed partnership among each other as together they face the challenges with high spirits.

However, only five were chosen as the epitome of fitnesses who displayed utmost resilience and commitment making them as the strongest and most persistent in the batch.

The top winners were Gina Ylarde (31, Mom) and Dave Crucena (21, Student), and the three runners-up, Rose Tejada (27, Production Assistant), Lyn Briones (44, Doctor) and Delfin Fontanar (29, Sales Officer).
