Chikkaness Meets Yaya Dub; Another Al-Dub experience (my real name is Albert...hahaha)

Great things happen unexpectedly. Such happened when luckily I bumped into the Dubsmash Queen Maine Mendoza aka Yaya Dub yesterday (August 24) at Ramen Nagi restaurant at Robinson's Magnolia. (Wow we're both ramen lovers!)

My friend and I were just talking about her - the phenomenon she created with her entry in the showbiz world and the AlDub loveteam whom we're both fanatic. Then suddenly my friend exclaimed "Oh my ghad" pointing someone at my back. To my surprise, the person we're just chatting about was approaching the restaurant and behold, she entered (a sign that I should have a picture with her).

I was hesitant to ask for a picture with her (not because she looks snobbish or her companions seem to be "Rogelios" hahaha but because she was on her private endeavour away from the cameras of Eat Bulaga). My friend insisted that we should get one as it was a rare opportunity and true enough I submitted and tsaraaan we have a picture together - one that I'm considering memorable and really for keeps in my entire career as a blogger.

The ten-second experience with her was so surreal. My friend asked her if I could have a picture with her and without hesitation she nodded immediately. Good thing the food they ordered was not served yet.

After the picture taking, I told her "congratulations" and she responded with a "thank you" plus a smile. I can't believe I heard her talking.

Yaya Dub is very accommodating and adorable. She really has the charisma that made her the phenoMAINEal star that she is today. I'm looking forward to the day when I could interview her already.
