Art is in the air this summer on Modern Living TV

There’s nothing like artwork to give living spaces oomph. A painting here or a sculpture there sparks conversation whenever people drop by or at the very least, diminishes drab. If the artwork is personal, it brings back memories to its owner, if not warms the heart.

“Modern Living TV” (MLTV) knows this so they set to give viewers a peak into the reigning and up-coming figures in the Philippine Contemporary Art scene. In the March 14 episode, the show features Art Fair Philippines 2015, which has at least 33 local and international galleries of paintings after paintings, and sculpture after sculpture. Jumpstart your collection or add to your existing one, you’ll love it.

More, MLTV drops by the College of Saint Benilde’s Museum of Contemporary Art and Design. Get a look into the Vitruvian Figure Exhibit of critically acclaimed multi-media artist Paul Pfeiffer. It’s his first solo museum show in Asia. Get inspired!

Artwork isn’t just paintings and sculptures. Even furniture pieces catch the eyes for their aesthetics as Italian furniture brand Calligaris proves. Get your dose of luxury home design inspiration as MLTV features their latest collection.

Finally, find out why Worldbex continues to reign as the biggest and most- awaited building and construction expo in Asia in a special segment not to be missed.

“Modern Living TV” is hosted by Bianca Gonzalez and Stephanie Zubiri. It airs Saturdays at 6 p.m. with replays the next day at 10 a.m. both on the ANC Channel.
