Chikkaness Review - "Feng Shui" Consistently Delivered Remarkable Frights

Feng Shui comes out 10 years after the original one, it seems to pick up right after the first one.  Director Chito Rono continues to have a reliably firm grasp on creepy atmosphere. Along with his co-writer Roy Iglesias, they delivered a routine procedural with remarkable frights special mention was that involving Rez Cortez. The pacing was perfectly right with sequences effectively spooky. If I remember it right, I delivered three screams in watching the movie. It has a spectacular sound design and an interesting set-up whose story focuses on Lester Anonuevo (Coco Martin) who stole the bagwa in exchange for money to help sustain the needs of his family. Similar to what happened to Joy Ramirez (Kris Aquino), all the luck he received have deadly consequences to anyone who saw himself/herself to the central mirror of the bagwa. The two then joined forces together with the previous owners Lily Mendoza (Cherry Pie Picache) and Hsui Liao (Jonee Gamboa) as they fight against the cur

After weeks of intense competition in the kitchen, baker entrepreneur Cynthia Patos clinches the coveted Great Dessert Master title in Lifestyle Network's reality cooking competition show, "The Clash." Cynthia shares that "The Clash" was whipped up to test their limits and potential as bakers. Recalling the finale which aired on Lifestyle Network last Dec. 5, Cynthia animatedly describes the experience of being hailed as "The Great Dessert Master." "The moment that they called my name, was one of those out-of-body experiences that happen rarely in life, and the funny part was, I could barely hear anything that was being said. All I could hear was the giant heartbeat soundeffect that the producers had playing during the announcement," said Cynthia.

James Wright: "I'm a singer, an actor but I'm much bigger than this"

Anak Ko Yan finalist and rising singer-actor James Wright is definitely a star to watch. He's not just a talented guy but at his core is a heart that's full of dreams and love. I had the opportunity to have a one on one chat with him right after the shoot of his webisode with Kylie Padilla. It was a day full of fun and music as I saw both of them enjoying each other's company along with their online audience. On his love life: Last Christmas, my gift was a break-up from my ex from Hongkong. Thar was the time where the person I love for two years broke my heart. That’s one of the reasons why the song "Sana’y Ikaw" came along. It’s a choice not to date anyone but I'm eyeing someone from showbiz who’s very similar to me in a way. On feedback about his acting: If there’s any bad comments, I just laugh it off because no one is perfect. No one is born to be an actor. Not everyone was born to do acting, singing, dancing, modeling so for me if I have mi
