Chikkaness Avenue's 10 Best Mainstream Films of 2012

With the increasing number of excellent independently-produced films in the country that were recognized and featured in local independent film festivals, big production film outfits were posed a challenge to produce satisfying films with commercial appeal without sacrificing its quality. 

Putting together the best 10 mainstream films of 2012 is very tough as expected. In random order, these are my picks:
